Please ONLY wash with soap and hot water, then towel dry and leave to completely air dry. NEVER immerse or soak in water and NEVER clean in dishwasher. On occasion the wood will become dry and ashy. When this happens, simply apply oil or wood conditioner to it. If properly maintained, your item will last for years.
